- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on what your needs are. We do everything from full hands-off service, to the most basic running a couple different social platforms. Obviously, there is a big jump in price depending on how little or how much you want to do yourself. We would love to discuss more what your budget would look like for your situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Transparent, Precise, accurate work. We work from the ground floor up everytime. Most times in this spectrum companies will have digital assets in place or be working with a marketing/advertising company in the past or present. When your company decides it is time for something new, the new company will come in and get caught up in the same thing the previous agency was doing and you're left right back at square one. We always start at the bottom and learn your company inside and out from the start. We want to rethink what your processes are now and what would bring better results. Let's be honest if everything was working perfectly why would you be looking for a new agency. Then we will go through and create content or posts or advertisement (depending on what the job is) and present it to you and your team to make sure we are all on the same page. From there we will put all of our findings to work for you and closely watch the results and report to you at least twice a month to make sure you know exactly where we stand. Transparent, precise, and accurate answers, that is what you will come to expect from every part of the business when you start working with us.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with so many amazingly different clientele it still shocks us. We have worked with over 100 clients in the past 5 years from every part of the country and every walk of life. Some examples are a green chemical cleaning machine, horse and dog joint supplements, hearing aids, power washing equipment, dentist offices, car dealerships, beer breweries, restaurants/markets, roofing companies, insurance agencies, and many more.
