- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on a few factors: Screen Printing 1.Quantity 2.Ink Colors in the design 3.Locations Printed (Front, Sleeve, Back etc.) 4.Garment Type Embroidery 1.Quantity 2. Digitzed Stitch Count (Determined after we digitize the design) 3.Locations Stitched (Front, Sleeve, Back etc.) 4.Garment Type
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Order Process: 1. Once we receive your quote request we will build you a work order along with an invoice. 2. We will email you the invoice and await payment 3. Once invoice has been paid we begin the process 4. At this point the graphics / images / logos you submitted will be vectorized and redrawn for Screen Printing. 5. We will email you a digital mockup proof of what the garments will look like. 6. Once approved we will schedule it for printing. Entire process will take between 7-10 business days or less
