Introduction: I approach every client as an individual with needs of their own regardless of their situation. Honestly, the best part about being a personal trainer is creating the plan. This allows me the opportunity to use my creativity. I like to really get to know someone so we both take the journey together. I not only train my clients on days we have sessions. I make sure to set each of them up with an entire online guide to help them reach their goals on days they workout by themselves. I update assessments monthly and keep detailed records for them to track their progress online. Helping my clients reach their goal is extremely important to me because I love what I do and this is my passion.
