Introduction: I specialize in Couples, Weddings & Portraits. I have a full time business and offer the best quality and service that I can. My prices on thumbtack are a little lower than what I usually offer for those who are on a budget or need a photographer last minute. I love capturing raw, candid, authentic emotion. While posing can be helpful, I like to "direct" and "prompt" moments. I'll be your guide and lead you to authentic moments, not fake/stiff poses. I want to break you out of that shell and reveal your personality through your photos. I try to build good relationships with my clients so that they don't feel awkward meeting the first time and on the photoshoot. Especially with couple shoots, I will let you show me how you two love each other. Those moments are the most precious and beautiful. I want my clients to look back at their photos and feel the same emotion they felt at that moment. I love capturing emotion and witnessing it all enfold. Family and couple sessions are my favorite. All my portrait, couple, or family sessions are 1hr and you receive as many photos that turn out best. I edit all of my photos fully and do not give raw/unedited. You will get these on a temporary online gallery. I do offer Custom USBS, prints, and photo books. I mainly get my business from weddingwire.com, Instagram and referrals from past clients. I love Chasney's eye for a natural shot! She had taken photos for our daughter since she was 6 months. She's done a mother and daughter shoot and family shots with my husband. We've always picked a place we are comfortable with and she never minds a little road trip. Chasney has a beautifully candid Aesthetic. She's patient and lets a shot happen naturally. She's great with ideas if you need some direction but isn't Demanding. She always finds s way to get great lighting and make her clients look fabulous. She won't impose any forced shots and welcomes her customers ideas or needs. She is always moving and taking shots and the unexpected ones are always my favorite. She's great with toddlers and ho are very hard to keep up with and is so reasonably priced she will always be my photographer in the Indianapolis area!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary with number of hours, photos wanted and travel fees, second photographer, custom USB, photo book and prints. Each clients' needs are customized for them. I never give raw/unedited proofs. I fully edit them and give you a generous amount of photos. I do offer complimentary engagement sessions if you book a wedding with me!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to get to know you as much as I can! I offer free in person consultations to get to know you and your plans. I make up a contract once all the details/decisions are final. I will keep in touch with you along the way until your event/photo session. I will always be glad to help you with your wedding itinerary if you don't have a planner/coordinator.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been taking photos every since I was little. I am 24 years old and have been practicing and studying photography by myself since. I have worked with other professionals in my area and helped second shoot. I have a full time photography business and other photographers that assist me at weddings.
