- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge 3% of the final purchase price to our clients, regardless of buying, selling, building, or investing. However, many times our fee is paid by the seller when our clients are buying a property. We do not charge extra for any of our expert advice on pricing, staging, selections, or recommendations that are needed throughout the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My team and I begin by going over what to expect during the process of buying and/or selling a home. Then, if clients are hoping to purchase a house, they will speak with a mortgage lender (we do have experts we can recommend, if needed) to get approved for a loan. We need to know they are qualified. This also gives us the amount they can invest on a new home purchase. If they want to sell, we begin the process of getting the property our client would like to list ready to put on the market. Theres a considerable amount of work that goes into that, and we are here to assist our clients through that process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
During my 20+ years in the real estate business, I have earned over 40 sales, leadership, and literary awards, written an award-winning book geared to help real estate agents have a successful business, and completed hundreds of hours of education and earned six real estaterelated professional designations. Additionally, I host The Power of Real Estate radio show, which is geared toward educating buyers, sellers, builders, investors, Realtors, and current home owners.
