- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have standard pricing. Our solutions are not prescribed on the basis of guesses and assumptions, but on a diagnosis of our clients true needs, combined with their criteria for making decisions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A key tenet of our work is that knowledge must be shared in order to be useful. We are constantly learning, in the office and in the field, and we strive to share the results of that learning as widely as possible. We do all we can to minimize the stumbling blocks our customers encounter during the decision-making process by providing basic, flawless, well-executed processes that remove any and every obstacle preventing our customers from making smart decisions.
