Joyce was so much more than I could of even expected. She showed me everything that was flawed in a property and estimated the cost to fix it. She gave me ideas and walked me through the stressful experience of selling my condo and purchasing a house. She was upbeat, realistic, patient and a joy through it all. She was timely in getting every thing done by all parties and offered so much wisdom to me. For a novice like me she was such a godsend. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Joyce had options when the going got tough.... And the going got tough with several scenarios. Mine was not an easy process. So, after all is said, I would highly recommend Joyce. In fact, I may just may insist on it. She honestly wanted the perfect home for me as much as I did. In this day where most everyone is just a means to line the pocketbook and just a "number"; Joyce was personally concerned about me. I know you will be just as happy as I was with Joyce.

Joyce is a true godsend. She was extremely helpful when my family moved to Nashville 3 years ago. She went out of her way to help us find a rental even though she didn't make anything off of the rental. When we were ready to buy we wouldn't think of any other realtor. Joyce again impressed. Even though it was two years later she remembered my daughters name and went all over town at any hour due to my hectic schedule to show us houses. I wouldn't use any other realtor in town. Joyce truly cares about her clients
