- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's most important to me that we find the right fit for you. I start EVERY session with a quick 15-minute consultation call that is free so we can discuss your needs and customize from there. I am not a "one-size fits all" service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free, 15-minute consultation call to figure out what your needs are and what degree of clarity you have about where you're headed. Then I follow-up with recommendations and a final quote and we get to work! I approach every session with the heart of a teacher so that you feel confident and empowered to move forward. Every session is 45 minutes long, personalized and actionable. There is nothing you need to prepare ahead of time, simply choose a topic to work through or we can walk through the RVIV Discovery Process and Tiny Habits® method.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've done career coaching on the side for many years and helped a lot of people working in a variety of levels and industries. My specialty is the tech space, education, academic, engineering, marketing and business. Entry level candidates have very different needs from those in the C-Suite and I know how to get the best out of both. The process I use was developed based off my own experiences while working from entry-level to VP in my own career. I can guide you through changing industries or roles, moving up to the next level, figuring out what's next, or dealing with the transition period from a lay-off. I'm a certified behavior design coach in the Tiny Habits Method and also a Certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga Instructor as well. I find that many of my clients in Mid-Level to C-Suite career discovery are also dealing with stress, life transitions and wanting to restructure their lives and habits as well. That's why we take a holistic, integrated approach.
