My business already had a social media account that was run by me and my business partner, but we didn't have a ton of time to spend on it so it wasn't as useful as we hoped. With Brandy's help, we now have more direction on how to run it and we've seen an increase in direct engagement with customers. The editorial calendar is a great tool that we can use to keep better track of our business and stay on top of our messaging and communication goals. We could not say enough good things about Brandy.
