- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My commission is dependent on a variety of factors to be addressed at the time of listing. If you are a buyer my services are free to you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first schedule an initial consultation to ensure that we are a good fit. If not, I will ensure a competent referral to a qualified professional who can meet your needs. If we are a good fit, then we get to work right away!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Keller Williams is the #1 training organization across all industries world wide. We receive constant training on best practices and ways to ensure your legal transaction goes smoothly. I'm also a member of the WRA and NRA that requires ongoing continuing education. I most recently received my PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) Certificate. This means that I have extensive knowledge on how to price your property to be competitive in today's market.
