- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My current rate is $32 per hour for personal chef services and cooking classes. Buffeted catering orders start at $30 per person. Plated catering orders start at $35 person. I do not have a catering menu. All orders are customized to your specific needs. I believe doing business this way is more personal and allows for more creativity and adjustments to recipes due to diet restrictions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do not have a 'cookie cutter' process when working with a new client. I do however, take the time to get to know my clients. In doing so gives me the ability to provide what they didn't know they wanted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hard work and a good attitude. I wish I could say I graduated from an elite school, with honors, at the head of my class. But I would be lying. My school was hands on, real world experience. Better known as the school of hard knocks. It wasn't always easy. It wasn't always pretty. And it wasn't always fun. But I never gave up, and it molded me into the person I am today.
