FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step for us is always to meet with you, primarily to gain an understanding of what you are trying to achieve. Is this your dream kitchen, or just a "touchup", or update? Are you after a spa-like experience in the bathroom, or simply a modernization? Do you want to redesign the room or retain the same basic layout? Once we've got an understanding of where you are headed, we try to establish a budget. Everyone has a budget, and this is an important consideration, as there are so many levels of finish, each costing more money! A good example is a shower door. You can spend $109 for a shower door (cheapest I've ever seen) or $2000 for custom glass. So the products selected to finish your room will largely dictate the cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of professionals has over 100 years of combined experience. We have a stable crew of tradesmen who are conscientious and easy to do business with!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In a way, I learned this business from my father. He was not in the trades per se, but he never hired a contractor to work in our home--he did it himself! I learned as a young lad how to build a garage, remodel a bathroom, the correct way to paint a room and more. It has been a lifetime of learning.
