- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After the introductory lesson we offer 4, 6 or 10 unit lesson packs at a 25% discount. A unit includes a private lesson, group class, practice party, studio social and a studio night out!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Its customary for our future students to attend a Friday night meetup at the studio or Tuesday night meetup out on the town. We follow that up with a free full forty minute introductory lesson. After the lesson we schedule time to meet with the students to better understand their goals, answer questions and discuss if the studio is a good fit for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a Franchised Studio with Fred Astaire. Our teachers are training on teaching that syllabus.
