FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $80 to come to the home, diagnose the problem with the appliance and give an estimate. Should you agree to the estimate and wish to continue with the repairs, the $80 who'll be applied to the estimate. If they are more than one appliance that require service, each additional appliance would be a $40 charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer would contact me by phone, email, text or website. We would discuss if a service is required. Sometimes resolutions can be made without a visit to the home. If a service visit is necessary, we'll discuss costs. I'll ask for name. address, etc. Then we'll discuss scheduling.
