- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is private to each individual transaction. The topic is discussed at in person consultations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial conversation by phone or email should lead to an appointment or consultation. If a customer is a seller, I would set an appointment with them at their property for their consultation. If the customer is a purchaser, I would have them come to my office for a consultation appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stared out as a paralegal to an attorney who practiced in Real Estate. I was also a Settlement Officer for a Title Company prior to getting my Real Estate license.
