Introduction: My name is Yanyi Chen, students call me Cici. I received my B.A degree as well as my teaching credential from Harbin Normal University and then started teaching Chinese in Beijing. I have been teaching for over 5 years now and enjoy working with this close-knit community. I am bright optimistic and responsible. When I teach, I make an enjoyable learning experience and help students build a bridge to connect different cultures through integrating the Chinese language and its cultural background. Also, I proactively create a challenging and caring classroom environment. I look forward to having a wonderful time with you at Thumbtack. Also I teach children. I am an international student and studying early childhood in Ohlone college.I live with my friends in Fremont. I enjoy a variety of activities, such as dancing, painting and playing erhu. I'm so happy that I can have a wonderful time with the kids.

Cici is a great mandarin teacher. She is extremely patient and will help you improve your pronunciation. I took 3 months of Chinese class with Cici at an intermediate level and found it to be extremely effective. Also, she is highly receptive to feedback if there is a specific area that you want to improve on. She has passed professional Chinese language tests in China so you are getting a high level of service and value. No matter what level your mandarin is, take it to the next step with Cici. P.S.
