- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Commission is paid by the Seller, never the Buyer. Buyers obtain our services for FREE. If you sell a home then purchase another home with us, we will credit up to 1% on your purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation is critical to our success. We start there, determine if we are a good match then develop a strategy for success. 3 Steps, that simple!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CDPE for distressed properties. I have a certification in working on distressed properties and short sales training. I was a former real estate Investor flipping properties so I understand building codes, property condition and property "potential". I am QS certified, quality service. I am BIG on customer satisfaction and service.
