- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on a sliding scale. We understand that sessions can be pricey, but we also understand how important fitness is!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to get to know our clients as much as possible before working with them. Goals, medical history, training experience, and current activity level are common questions that would be asked.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our trainers are certified in sports medicine, exercise science, and nutrition. They have extensive experience and qualifications, as well as athletic backgrounds and training. Our main personal trainer, Jonathan Harrison, has experience working at multiple fitness clubs including Equinox, Crunch, 24 Hour Fitness, and Bay Club. He has current certifications from recognized organizations in nutrition and exercise.
