- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I start with a 15-20 min free initial phone call to conduct a quick assessment to understand the customer's goals and whether my skills are a good fit for them. If there is a mutual match I will schedule the actual 1 hr coaching session for which the customer will pay. Then, if the customer finds value in continuing, they may schedule further.
