She's nice. Soft spoken. Sincere. Follows instructions. But way too slow to complete an area or a task. Also not very punctual. You have to make a point to do a thorough walk-through with her after she advises that the job has been completed - just to be sure that she didn't miss some critical areas she had agreed to do. In my case, though, I had to send her a reminder text message the following day; to which she responded with a "sorry", but did not offer to return and take care of her mess she had left behind.
