I cannot review his work because he never showed up or even bothered to call to cancel. I had spoke with him the day before to confirm our 12noon appointment to wash our house windows. He asked to change the time to 2pm and I said that was fine. The next day my husband (age 75) and myself (age 66) moved the furniture in the front room away from the windows (sofa, loveseat, large coffee table, end table) and brought in the 10’ ladder as he was going to use ours. Also, removed drapes, curtains, all my knick-knacks from window sills in entire house. A lot of work for us to do to have him be a no-show. Very inconsiderate. John had sounded quite conscientious on the phone but not so.
