Jess has always provided accurate and professional engineering solutions for repairs and alterations. His projects are completed on schedule. He has many years of experience working with A&P mechanics and sheet metal specialists, which results in engineering drawings that are practical to accomplish and can be easily applied using standard practices and readily available materials.

I have used the Engineers at Pioneer several times in the last few years everything from Airframe to Electrical problems and found them to be reliable especially on Bombardier Aircraft.
