- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are generally free to the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding the client's financial concerns is the first step. I meet with my clients, and complete a fact finder. After that, I take my findings to my office where I work with my team of professionals. We create a plan specific to the client, and I meet with the client to educate him or her on the recommendations. After the client understands the recommendations, we put the plan into action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed with the state of Texas and Oklahoma as an insurance agent. I am also a Registered Representative with the State and a member of FINRA.
