Although legal work is usually charged by the hour, in some cases it is possible to agree to a fixed or flat rate for a project. Let's talk about it!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet a potential new client in person first. That way, we can really get to know each other and start to establish the mutual trust that will be essential for working together. I am proud to say that my clients stay with me for years and years, so this is definitely a relationship, not a transaction. Even if the client thinks they only need one particular thing done at first, having a good relationship in place will be helpful.
