This food is made with so much love that is what makes it so delicious!! I have tried the brisket sandwiches.. the meat is super tender and perfect. The catfish is wonderful..served with homemade jalepeno tarter sauce. These chefs know how to serve a perfect meal!!

This is seriously the best food truck food I have ever had, and definitely some of the best food I have ever had. I had the brisket wrap/quesadilla (which came with fries) and it was soooo good. I wish I was having another one right now for lunch.

First of all- wonderful people. The food is awesome and so flavorful. The brisket and gouda cheese sliders on the pretzel bun melts in your mouth and all the food is great southern-comfort delicious. Thank you Sparkle and Chef G! Keep it up

Had them for lunch and it was great! We had them cater a work event so the line was long but the food was worth the wait.

Really enjoyed the food and service at our Burns and McDonnell lunch outing. The spicy tarter sauce was great with the catfish!!
