- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with a needs analysis where I will ask you specific questions that will provide insight to your current website/marketing health. During our initial consultation we will identify what your exact marketing challenge is and the correct course of action to take in redirecting marketing efforts to solve your problem and produce the results you are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over eight years of marketing consulting and management experience, I have lead marketing departments with 20+ employees ranging in specializations from SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media strategy, content strategy, and etc. Bachelors Degree in Internet Marketing Duct Tape Marketing Consultant Network - Certified Marketing Consultant (Spent over $8,000 on this program and it was worth EVERY penny. When it comes to marketing strategy there is no better certification or training program in the world, in my honest opinion.)
