- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are always prepared to help Clients with budget issues. For example, a discount is relevant to every job. We NEVER mark up the cost of material. Typically, other companies will add between 10 to 30 percent of the actual cost. Secondly, we offer no interest short term same as cash payment plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with every client, if possible, up front regardless of the size of the job. We understand that time constraints and emergency situations can arise, but traditionally, showing our client's that we are never too busy to meet with them goes a long way in developing a good business relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a strong background in Finance, insurance, real estate and small business. More tangible experiences include every aspect of home improvement, remodeling, landscaping, soil conditioning and Expert Lawn renovation and repair
