FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50 a session or prepay for 5 sessions and get your sessions for $45.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first appointment I will go over a series of assessments. I will be looking at your entire kinetic chain and make sure everything is in alignment. If there are some dysfunctions I will make note of that. We will go over your health and history of any injuries or pain you may have experienced or are experiencing. We will measure you and go over nutrition. Second appointment I will go over any dysfunctions I noticed and start a new individualized plan for you. We will stay on this plan for 4-6 weeks. After 4-6 weeks we will remeasure and change up the individualized plan that was created for you to add progressional exercises. All workouts will start out with a foam roller. We will inhibit all muscles that are tight or sore and release any tightness you are experiencing before the workout. By doing this we release tightness so that your workout is more effective and your muscles are now loose enough to do what they are meant to do.
