- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are looking to list your property, I am very happy to assist! Let's discuss your goals over the phone and follow up by setting up an appointment for me to come to your property for a listing presentation. If you decide that Empire is the right fit for you then we can sign a contract and get right to business! If you are looking to buy a home please call me to discuss your goals. Provide me with your email and I will add you to my automated and tailored home search which will provide you with several options within your criteria each day. If you already have homes you're interested in, lets get right to it and set up some showings!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over five years experience working in the real estate industry. My past work includes Real Estate sales, Real Estate Law and Property Management and Development. Other previous work experiences includes bookkeeping, payroll, interior design and volunteer work. I obtained my Paralegal Certificate from Mount Wachusett Community College in 2001, attending Baystate Real Estate Academy in 2014, as well as earning my Massachusetts Real Estate License in 2014.
