Salena has catered delicious foods for a few events, most recently she provided the main dessert for my brothers pre-wedding dinner. I have the worst sweet tooth on the planet and her peach cobbler was the best I've eaten. It is one of my favorite desserts if not number 1. Just to give an idea of how rich and decadent this cobbler was, everyone pretty much stuffed themselves with chicken, bread, and pasta, so, towards the end of night, everyone said they would get a little of the desserts, (brownies, cookies, and cake etc). Once everyone tasted the cobbler, it was a wrap. Half of it was gone within 30 minutes, and that dwindled 40 min later. By the the end of the night approximately 6-9 servings remained. And the next morning it was gone. The other desserts still remained. Keep in mind this was a very large cobbler that probably could have fed around 40-50, and there were only 17 of us! The best way to describe the crust, texture, and flavor, would be a sweet utopia. This Definitely should be sold to the public.

Everything I have eaten from the very first time I sampled her dessert at a fashion show has been great. My son has enjoyed her treats as well. I would recommend her services to anyone.
