- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Pricing is by the job and every job has a different set of variables, so they will vary. like smoke cigarette, and protein fire smells can be the most difficult be cause the residue that are on the walls and ceilings that cannot be seen are normally causing the smell and they have to be cleaned off the walls before deodorizing the building for the smell to be removed. Or in a water loss the faster that a mitigation team can be on site, the more material can be saved and the cost of rebuilding can be lessened. the is why we try to Be Faster to Every Disaster.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer contact's SERVPRO of south garland, and depending if the job requires emergency services or not we will set an appointment to look at the job and give an estimate. Most water and fire jobs will have emergency aspects and will be covered under homeowners or renter insurance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of the technicians are required to have a water restoration technician licence through the IICRC. Some of our technician also have fire restoration technician, odor restoration technician, applied structural drying, carpet cleaning technician certificates also through the IICRC.
