Introduction: At Agape Wellness a holistic approach is taken when working with others. We focus on the body, mind, spirit connection focusing on not only the individual but factors in the environment that can be contributing to stressful or displeasing events. Because we focus on holistic health we also offer in healthy, in home cooking instruction and other services such as relaxation treatments and exercises, wellness consulting, and organizational techniques to de-clutter life and offer minimal stress in your personal space. I enjoy connecting with others, hearing their experiences and sharing the opportunity to be human with someone else. In a very busy world we rarely take time for ourselves which eventually depleats us of any energy to give and spend with others. My grassroots idea of in home wellness gives me the opportunity to meet the individual exactly where they are in the moment. I have a Masters in Professional Mental Health Counseling and have my LPCA license to practice in North Carolina. In addition, I completed a two year training in Gestalt therapy giving me the ability to be well versed in the area of mindfulness.
