- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use flat rates; however, this date may change depending on job and location, with possible negotiation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when working with a new customer, I like them to get comfortable with me as a professional. If asked, I'll provide pictures and even references so that first time customers are assured that they have made the best decision when working with Maintence Solutions. In addition, I like to meet, discuss and examine the problem and determine the best possible solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a plumbers apprentice for four years. In addition, I started my first home repair company in 2006 and prior to that I worked for three years building and remodeling homes.
