- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a set price for event photography (per hour). Images will be then posted on my website under a client access security code where clients can privately view or share their pictures and purchase them with options like, Prints, Canvas, Photo Books, Greeting Cards, Specialty, Large Prints and more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally communicate with new clients to meet and understand their service needs and also their wish list. In many cases when possible I tend to grant some wishes free of charge when possible. Then I would build a contract to be approved and signed by the client if there are no changes to be made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in Graphic Arts in 1982, which included photography, Dark Room film developing, typesetting and printing on Platen Presses and color 360 AB Dick printers. Along with hands on experience with Single lens reflex cameras then the current Digital SLR/SLT cameras for over 30 years I've taken extended courses at Wolf Camera.
