I had the best experience with Shiny Home Remodeling. Ricardo gave me a great price for a rather large project of mine. 1100 square foot of ceramic tile in my condo. I had a water accident a few days before closing on it. Luckily for me the buyer still wanted it as long as all repairs were done. Ric put the new floor down,baseboards and shoe moulding. Did all touch up paint and caulking, rehung all the doors and closets. All in the 2 weeks we agreed upon. Definitely went above and beyond to help me finish this project. Worked long days and nights. Ric, thanks for all your help! Couldn’t have sold it without you!

Ricky helped us out with removing a wall in a home we just purchased. He was friendly, skilled, flexible and provided a great value. He was also able to fit us in on short notice. He’ll definitely be on our list to hire again. The pictures have a before and after!

This husband and wife team did an excellent job for us. They did what they said they would do and much more. They consulted with us any time there was a question about the project and were flexible if we decided to make changes....very easy and pleasant to work with. Rick kept material costs down but didn’t skimp on quality. Workmanship, cost, and punctuality were excellent. We will definitely call on Shiny Home Remodeling again and recommend them for your projects!
