- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not over charge for our services. There are some companies that when a job is done they will try and charge you for extras such as wood, here at Clyde's Roofing we give you a written estimate that includes changing decking if it's necessary. We do not ever change the price on our service once we start the job. We stay with the job until it is completed. We offer a senior citizens discount or veteran discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a time to meet with the customer at their convenience. We go over the paperwork with them, not just leave it for them to read. We have color samples with us if they need to look at them at the time we set up the meeting. If for some reason the customer can not meet we will do the estimate and email it to them or follow up with a phone call. We work with the homeowners schedules.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Here at Clyde's Roofing, we have seminars we attend as well as special training .
