Introduction: I have extensive experience in planning and executing all types of events. It is my passion to be creative and help my clients to exceed their expectations! I am vivatious, energetic and fun! I have created and executed events from small social parties to large corporate parties as well as spectacular weddings of up to 400 guests. Themed, non themed, casual or very high end, the sky is the limit! I treat all of my clients events as if they were my own and work tirelessly to bring their vision to life. I have always been "the party planner" in my social life as well helping to plan friends and family events as well as creating my own children's very memorable birthday parties. Because this is my passion, I limit the number of events I work on so that I can spend all of my time to make each one perfect!

Debra Blanchard was recommended to me by a friend to help to plan an elaborate 60th birthday party for my husband. I had selected the venue, but needed help with everything else. Debra worked professionally & dilligently on every detail of his party including the most amazing & unique decor, the incredible food, champagne, specialty cocktail creation (a real hit for the guests!), the gorgeous invitations, the music, lighting and she suggested a photo booth complete with fun props which was terrific! My husband was absolutely blown away by what Debra had created for his special birthday! She was fabulous to work with, and I have just recommended her to a dear friend to help her to organize her wedding. No question about it, Debra Blanchard is the best event planner that I have ever worked with. I highly recommend her!

I had the pleasure of working side by side with Debra for a few years at Pine Ridge Vineyards. She as the Special Event Manager and me as the Tasting Room Manager. I hired her originally to work Part Time in the Tasting Room, but we realized with her hotel and event background, she was a perfect fit to run Events. It was the right move. Her attention to detail, ability to work with 'high maintenance' clients and most importantly wine/food knowledge is why the department succeeded during her tenure.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was given a project to recreate an opening reception for a weekend long wine auction. This auction was attended by wine enthusiasts from all over the world. The proceeds benefitted woman and children programs. The event had previously been hosted at various wineries and had been a simple wine and cheese reception. Knowing that the event had been billed as a "lounge", I ran with it and created a club like feel in a wine cave with personalized bars for participating wineries to pour from, sexy vignettes for guests to sit, sip and mingle and a DJ. It was such a hot that I was asked to take over the event for the event moving forward.
