- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Go Local is 100% transparent with all fees associated with it's service offering. Each program or one-off project is custom scoped for the client and detailed in a statement of work. All Go Local services are scoped and priced based on the actual hours required to do the work, and are based on a standard hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go Local uses an account team structure. We assign a client strategist to every account, along with product specialists for each service where the client chooses to partner with our agency. We will typically have a kickoff call to introduce all parties, outline any deliverable, and a timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Go Local's ownership has a combined 50+ years in the advertising agency space. Our agency is a Google Preferred Partner and has extensive training and certification requirements of our employees. Go Local also has ongoing education for its employees and clients via webinars custom training seminars.
