- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am open to working with a budget, especially if there are multiple clients and/or reoccurring appointments. Just ask!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always give my contact details and portfolio link so they can verify my work. For large events such as weddings, I recommend scheduling a trial for a discounted rate. Otherwise, make sure the makeup concept is decided and agreed upon prior to appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent almost my entire life learning, practicing, and teaching. Just ask for more info!
