- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally I will charge $50 a job or hour, completely depending on the job at hand mind you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make contact and discuss their issue and explain to them the process I will take to resolve their problem or recommend an alternative if the device is to far gone. All with very friendly, positive and upbeat attitude. I love nothing more than helping individuals out with my expertise or whatever I can help them with for that matter. Puts a smile on my face.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been apple certified, Cisco certified (CCNA and CCNA) and had my windows 2003 MCSE.
