- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system, per se, but we usually bill our work by the hour. I like to find options that work best for the consumer, are quick to implement and will be cost effective.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to speak with them to determine the pain...not only the end result, but what is hampering them from getting there. We talk about the needs and then I help develop the quickest plan to get there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Business, Organizational Management. I've been in business supervisory roles for over 20 years and I was Vice President of Citigroup's Marketing, Communication and Production group before opening my own agency. I have also owned and operated my own internet marketing agency (I can code) and I recently obtained certificates for Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing and Mobile Application Development (I like to keep my skills fresh). I have owned my own businesses for over 12 years.
