- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide fair, transparent & upfront pricing before performing any work. Our technicians only begin working upon customer's signed approval. We offer military and senior discounts. Offers and discounts cannot be combined.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer contacts our company, their information is inputted into our system and a dispatcher calls the customer back for more accurate scheduling. A call ahead is made before any technician arrives to a job site. The technician then evaluates the situation at hand and provides options to proceed. Once the customer has agreed & signed on an option, the technician will start the repair, installation or replacement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We conduct all technician training meetings on a weekly basis. Our trades are forever changing and improving and it is important to keep all of our technicians informed and up to date. We also provide off-site training.
