Introduction: I'm temporarily offering distance counseling/phone or video counseling sessions, so you can meet with me from the safety of your home.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, Gottman-trained couple's therapist, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I specialize in working with adults who are contending with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues and parenting/family challenges. I also have extensive experience helping couples reignite their passion and navigate the challenges of their relationship through the current pandemic/post-pandemic period.
I feel strongly that every individual, couple and family is unique, so I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapies and expressive art therapy. I place great importance on establishing a safe, supportive environment where you can share anything and everything about yourself without ever feeling judged or self-conscious. My goal is to serve as your trusted guide and partner, someone who can provide the empathy and support you need to fully and joyfully become the person you were meant to be.
For those with busy schedules, I offer flexible appointment times that include some night and weekend hours. My fee is $120 for a 60-minute session (payable by check, cash or credit card; I don't accept any insurance). I look forward to hearing from you!
