On insurance claims utilize third-party pricing data bases that are also used by 8 out of 10 insurance companies world wide to establish cost of repairs. Geo customers can be assured of fair and industry accepted pricing as a result.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first spend whatever time is requested by our customer on the phone talking about their particular needs and to answer any questions or concerns they might have, and then set up a day and time to meet with the owner on site to provide as much detail and information the home or business owner needs to make an educated decision on the best option for them to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff and employees have extensive training and background experience in their particular field of expertise, most with wide-ranging backgrounds with decades of experience to ensure our customers have the best possible support and experience.
