Elsa is just amazing. I have worked with her myself and she has also worked with my (14 year old) son. I cannot say enough about her & her work. She is kind, compassionate, authentic, professional & easy to open to. To her credit my son really isn't much of a talker or a share when it comes to his personal feelings but he opened up to her and his very first session and has told me he feels more comfortable working with her than any of the other practitioners that he has seen and we do a lot of various healing modalities what's some pretty amazing practitioners so that says a lot! Above all I trust Elsa implicitly with both myself and my child. In the world of hypnotherapy my thought is it is important to find a practitioner that is deeply authentic and willing to allow you to come to your own powerful conclusions - that simply s able to help support you in getting there. Elsa definitely embodies every bit of that & leaves her ego out of things - showing up with an open mind & open heart! I very highly recommend Elsa, particularly for any trauma related work!

I am working with Evolved Mind Hypnotherapy because I believe in hypnotherapy and I believe Elsa has the ability to help our family create a new way of living. She is doing hypnotherapy on my son. What did I like about working with Evolved Mind Hypnotherapy? 1. She gets my son. She took the time, she got to know him, she gained his trust and she understands why he operates. 2. She worked with me to create a hypnotherapy program to shift my sons way of thinking about certain things. 3. She consults with me after every session. Going over what she did and learned and working with me on the next sessions needs. 4. WE SAW RESULTS THE NEXT MORNING. He took to the program the first session. My son continues to feel lighter and be happier. We are all so much happier. 5. As a family we see change and we support that change. We are all changing and its going in the direction we were hoping for. I cant say enough good things about this program!

I started seeing Elsa about a year ago after a friend recommended her services for my on and off again depression that no other form of therapy had really helped. It seemed like there was some sort of checklist and these people really weren't understanding how I was feeling. My first session with her was the most revolutionary experience I've ever had. I had been using recreational drugs to a point where I was getting concerned of forming a seriously harmful addiction, when she put me under for the first time I woke up and CLEARLY knew what I needed to do, clean up my act. I've never felt so comfortable telling her how I'm doing in any respect. She has helped me process my drug use, family issues, night terrors, self esteem issues, guilt for my terribly misguided father who has caused me a great deal of pain. What Elsa has done for me is more than any of my friend or family can do, not because they won't but because they just don't have the skills and an open mindset that allows her to give you the best guidance possible. I could never thank her for what she's done for me. I consider her a close friend now. Thank you Elsa and continue to be this vibrant, shining light in not only my life but all of the people you work with.

$125 for a 90 minute session. 3 or 6 Prepaid discount packages available. Veteran discount available.

Prior to your first session, there is a 30 minute, complimentary, discovery session required. This can be in person or over the phone.
