Great experience great realtor communicating bad or good news no matter what, would let you know what's going on when how and how long. We had a complicated transaction with lots of moving parts and he made it seem smooth. Thanks Brad for all your great help would recommend him any day....

Brad was AMAZING to work with.
He was very professional and extremely easy to work with.
Every time we had a question no matter the time of the day or whether it was in the middle of the week or a Sunday he would answer his phone or text back right away.
He always kept on top of things and was ALWAYS prompt to inform us of anything happening with our deal be it small or big.
He always provided us with copies of everything and if we had to meet, he always worked with us and our work schedules.
I cannot say enough about Brad.
Our entire family is grateful for all his hard work.

Brad made buying our first home very easy and enjoyable. He was always available to answer our questions. We trusted his opinion and knew that he wasn't going to steer us in the wrong direction. I highly recommend him if you're using a VA home loan or are working in law enforcement.
