- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first meet with our clients to go over the process of either buying or selling. We answer any questions they might have until they feel comfortable with the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my bachelor's degree in business management from Northern Arizona University. I am also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). There are less than 4% of agents who have received the CRS designation and less than 2% who have been certified as CNEs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are questions everyone needs to ask before hiring a Real Estate Professional: 1. How long have you been in residential real estate sales? 2. Are you full time? 3. What designations do you hold? 4. How many days does it take you to sell a home? How does that compare to others? 5. Could you give me the contact information of you last three clients?
