Mark seems to be a very nice and honest person. Unfortunately the crew member he put on our job (a tile backsplash install on bare walls) was not at all proficient and was disrespectful to us and careless about damaging our home. Mark did make efforts to rectify the situation and was pleasant when we addressed the concerns. He offered to make repairs and redo the project himself but since it had already taken several additional days we decided to hire someone else to tear out what's left, repair the damage, and install new tile.

Had 30 some text communications and thought things were proceeding well. However he didn't keep scheduled appointments and bailed on me by saying he couldn't do it and that I needed to find someone else. I am high and dry and still need the work done.

Due to inclement weather on the preceding days of our scheduled service, Mark had to postpone. However, he was very accommodating and was able to reschedule for the following weekend. Mark and his helper were friendly, efficient, and highly skilled. We needed some roof components repaired due to wear & tear over the years. Mark did an excellent job and was able to paint the new woodwork to match the existing colors. Also, during the project we requested some minor repairs around the house (e.g. kitchen drawer, bathroom sink, outdoor fireplace tile) to which he gladly included at a very reasonable price. Mark is very professional and provided a thorough invoice at the completion of all the work. He is an excellent handyman and we would be more than glad to use him for future services.

Mark finished my patio tile installation professionally in time without delay. He didn't even ask for down payment and came back to collect his money after I told him to pick up his money. One thing is good about his is very eager to help, he helped me to get material from Lowes in his truck and loaded and unloaded heavy materials for me. I would definitely hire him for any project.

Yes I charge a hr wage of $35 hr And on bigger jobs I charge a flat rate to save the customer money I will beat any written estimate by 10% And I will talk to the customer and see what will be the best for them and me

Go out and meet with him or her and see what they want done Answer all question that they have for me

I have a buisness degree 3 years of college 21 years in the home repair and ground up and building new homes.. All facets of home repairs and rebuilding
