- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $75/hour, but depending on the job, I often times will not charge for design. For example for 2 sided full color business cards, I throw in a basic to medium design at no fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a quote is received and reviewed, I like to send a follow up email thanking you for the opportunity and time to review my credentials. I then upon winning the work, put your job into my job queue. I strive to get all jobs out in a timely manner while dedicating creative time to provide you the best product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an AA in visual communications, along with a BS in Business Management. I have been in the graphic design field since 1994, and have worked with all types of media. I have created art for screen print on clothing, promotional products, vehicle graphics including full wraps, digital print, offset print and more.
