- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not as of now, but one is in the process. (Which means I will be lowballing myself until I figure it out.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to meet face to face, or at least have a phone call at the customers convenience to discuss in detail what they want just to make sure they get everything they want and expect. After all the details are settled, I like to keep my line of communication open incase the customer decides to change anything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My grandmother was a wedding cake decorator in her time, so I grew up in the kitchen. Beyond that, I got a job as a barista and was almost immediately promoted to cake decorator at a bakery in scottsdale where I worked for a year.
